🎀My name is Emily. I am a 28 year old living in Montreal, Canada. I have three degrees in my pocket, including philosophy (B.A) and civil, common and transnational law (LL.B., J.D).
🎀I created this page to keep myself accountable to a healthy and fit lifestyle. At the moment I am following the tone it up love your body series challenge, that offers team members a nutrition guide and daily workouts. I am tracking myself through this program as one of the journeys in this blog. I also love writing, so I add in some extra to spice things up!
🎀Before I started this journey I was deeply unhappy. I went through a terrible separation followed by custody battles. I graduated from law school and didn’t know why I didn’t feel accomplished, I felt stressed and anxious all the time. I didn’t know what to do with myself. I needed to get help and to help myself!
🎀I am doing that through fitness, nutrition and a new awareness and focus on mental health. I want to practice self-love and a non judgmental mind set.
🎀I am glad to support others and to share the journeys that we are going through.
