🎀 Happy flex Friday everybody! 🎀
🎀☝️Studio tone it up app: There was NO flexing in the yoga routine this morning. I was kind of disappointed that it was the second yoga class of the week. Monday was nice, but today again!? For me this was mostly stretching and it was slow. Perhaps it was that way because yesterday’s leg work out was so intense. They are definitely incorporating more stretching than they used to. Time: 20 minutes.

🎀I apologise. It’s tough to stay on track. You KNOW what it is!! I didn’t set my intentions and goals for this week last Sunday…I will make sure to do it this Sunday on #reflectionsunday!
