🎀 It is HARD to stay on track. I eat like a goddess alllll the way up until supper, and then my daughter wants Valentine’s Day treats and we go to McDonalds.
🎀 I KNOW, I KNOW.
🎀 This week nutrition wise was not acceptable. I fail about every day at something BUT here’s the thing: I’m still watching myself and I’m not giving up on myself.
🎀 If there’s anything keeping track of all this has helped me with is REALISING I OFTEN am too lenient with myself.
🎀 I have the best excuses…hard family situation…Valentine’s Day…family outings. ALL valid reasons to slack off – but NOTHING justifies getting side tracked from your goals.
🎀 You must recommit everyday to your goals. Keep them in your mind whenever you’re making a bad decision. Watch yourself!
🎀 Here’s the recap of the day:
🎀 M1:chocolate tone it up protein, blueberries, coconut and almond unsweetened milk ONO
🎀 M2: same
🎀 M3: brown rice 🚩 with curry
🎀 M4: strawberry, chocolate tone it up protein, almond milk Smoothie
🎀 M5:🚩🚩🚩 McDonalds chicken sandwich with fries 🚩🚩🚩
👉 That last meal was basically nutrition plan death. 😭😞
🎀 Studio tone it up: 39 minutes, booty and stretch!
🎀 Daily Moves: None. The app workout was INTENSE. I’m not sure if it’s because the day before I had put all my leg muscles into it so today they were dead, or if it’s just today that was a really hard HIIT work out. Either way, I did not do the daily moves because of that.
