Note: I worked out at 9:30pm and was done by 10 PM.

Note to self: never work out in the evening again. Too tiring.

πŸ‘‰ Time: 18 minutes, including a little minute or two of stretching

πŸ‘‰ Tough little work out! Burnt. Either it’s because I did it in the evening OR it’s because it was really tough.

πŸŽ€ Daily moves: None! I was tired already.


πŸŽ€ M1: Scrambled eggs with bacon, shallots chorizo

πŸŽ€ M2: One kale avocado chocolate bite

πŸŽ€ M3: tone it up plan brussel and kale salad with quinoa and vegetables + 4 oz tofu.

πŸŽ€ M4: ONO (with chocolate tone it up protein, my own recipe)

πŸŽ€ M5: the rest of the brussel and kale salad with tofu

πŸ‘‰ Generally good nutrition day. Water intake is 3-4 glasses. I have such a hard time with that!!
