🎀 Good morning everybody 🎀
🎀Here is a recap of yesterday’s nutrition and fitness, as usual.
Note: I worked out at 9:30pm and was done by 10 PM.
Note to self: never work out in the evening again. Too tiring.
🎀 Studio tone it up app: legs and BOOTY
👉 Time: 18 minutes, including a little minute or two of stretching
👉 Tough little work out! Burnt. Either it’s because I did it in the evening OR it’s because it was really tough.
🎀 Daily moves: None! I was tired already.
🎀 M1: Scrambled eggs with bacon, shallots chorizo
🎀 M2: One kale avocado chocolate bite
🎀 M3: tone it up plan brussel and kale salad with quinoa and vegetables + 4 oz tofu.
🎀 M4: ONO (with chocolate tone it up protein, my own recipe)
🎀 M5: the rest of the brussel and kale salad with tofu
👉 Generally good nutrition day. Water intake is 3-4 glasses. I have such a hard time with that!!
