πŸŽ€ Short recap of yesterday’s nutrition and work outs:

Nutrition:

No Meta D.🚩 Two coffees.πŸ’ͺ

πŸŽ€M1: Scrambled with meats (chorizo, 🚩bacon 🚩)

πŸŽ€M2: post work out smoothie

πŸŽ€M3: Kale salad with vegetables and one chicken breast

πŸŽ€M4: Ezekiel toast with 🚩cheese🚩

πŸŽ€M5: almond butter zoodles from the TIU plan (delicious!!)

Fitness:

πŸŽ€ Woke up at 7 AM, walked my daughter to school, and said bye to family. Afterwards it was time for my AM workouts.

πŸŽ€ Studio tone it up app:

πŸŽ€I LOVED the Monday meditation. All about balance this week. I was only able to do the Monday work outs (yoga and meditation) on Tuesday + the Tuesday arms and abs work out and it felt amazing.

πŸŽ€ Work out time: About an hour.
