🎀 Short recap of yesterday’s nutrition and work outs:

🎀M1: Scrambled with meats (chorizo, 🚩bacon 🚩)
🎀M2: post work out smoothie
🎀M3: Kale salad with vegetables and one chicken breast
🎀M4: Ezekiel toast with 🚩cheese🚩
🎀M5: almond butter zoodles from the TIU plan (delicious!!)
🎀 Woke up at 7 AM, walked my daughter to school, and said bye to family. Afterwards it was time for my AM workouts.

🎀I LOVED the Monday meditation. All about balance this week. I was only able to do the Monday work outs (yoga and meditation) on Tuesday + the Tuesday arms and abs work out and it felt amazing.
🎀 Work out time: About an hour.
