Day 22 – TIU love your body series

๐ŸŽ€ Hey everybody๐ŸŽ€

๐ŸŽ€ It was my second active rest day yesterday. I was supposed to walk around Mount Royal, as announced but it turns out we changed plans. Instead, we walked around Ikea (and God knows that place is a long walk haha).

So here is a recap of my nutrition.

Nutrition:

๐ŸŽ€ M2: ๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉcinnamon bun๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ

๐ŸŽ€ M3: ๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉskipped๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ

๐ŸŽ€ M4: ๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉskipped๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ

๐ŸŽ€ M5: brown rice and pork curry with tons of ๐Ÿฅ— (kale)

๐ŸŽ€So as you can see, it is VERY difficult to stay on track with family events going on. I wonder what the best tips are for staying on track. Do any of you have any advice? I tried mentioning to my family what I can and cannot eat but it becomes difficult if family doesn’t remember or if there are already meals that are planned.

๐ŸŽ€ It’s basically day 3 of not the appropriate nutrition. It happens! Today I will do day 23 of the plan on track, with a work out.
