🎀 It was my second active rest day yesterday. I was supposed to walk around Mount Royal, as announced but it turns out we changed plans. Instead, we walked around Ikea (and God knows that place is a long walk haha).
So here is a recap of my nutrition.
🎀 M1: 🚩panini pressed with eggs, ham, cheese 🚩
🎀 M2: 🚩🚩🚩cinnamon bun🚩🚩🚩
🎀 M3: 🚩🚩🚩skipped🚩🚩🚩
🎀 M4: 🚩🚩🚩skipped🚩🚩🚩
🎀 M5: brown rice and pork curry with tons of 🥗 (kale)
🎀So as you can see, it is VERY difficult to stay on track with family events going on. I wonder what the best tips are for staying on track. Do any of you have any advice? I tried mentioning to my family what I can and cannot eat but it becomes difficult if family doesn’t remember or if there are already meals that are planned.
🎀 It’s basically day 3 of not the appropriate nutrition. It happens! Today I will do day 23 of the plan on track, with a work out.
