πŸŽ€M5: 🚩🚩🚩tomatoes sauce with whole wheat pasta🚩🚩🚩

Water: not great , 🚩🚩🚩4 maybe?🚩🚩🚩

Fitness:

πŸŽ€ Studio tone it up

πŸŽ€ Daily moves: none

Day 20

Nutrition:

πŸŽ€M2: 🍌 and 🍫 tone it up protein muffin

πŸŽ€M3: 🚩🚩🚩none🚩🚩🚩

πŸŽ€M4: broccoli and hummus

πŸŽ€M5: 🚩🚩🚩butter chicken, naan bread, white rice 🚩🚩🚩

Fitness:

πŸŽ€ Daily Moves: done! Booty!

πŸŽ€ Studio Tone It up: yoga. It was pretty much just stretching in my opinion. You HAD to do the daily moves to get a real work out.

πŸŽ€Alright so basically, nutrition was terrible in the past two days. Funny how it correlates with my mental state. Hard times = worse eating days. Maybe I’ve never realised I binge eat when I am stressed, but now that I look back this is not new. I’m going to have to see what to do about that to stay in control.

πŸŽ€Also, I have an interview for an awesome position in government at the end of the month! I’m very excited. Nothing is a guarantee, but hopefully all will go well, and my mind will restabilize by then!
