π Daily Moves: done! Booty!
π Studio Tone It up: yoga. It was pretty much just stretching in my opinion. You HAD to do the daily moves to get a real work out.
πAlright so basically, nutrition was terrible in the past two days. Funny how it correlates with my mental state. Hard times = worse eating days. Maybe I’ve never realised I binge eat when I am stressed, but now that I look back this is not new. I’m going to have to see what to do about that to stay in control.
πAlso, I have an interview for an awesome position in government at the end of the month! I’m very excited. Nothing is a guarantee, but hopefully all will go well, and my mind will restabilize by then!
