Nutrition:

πŸŽ€ M2: Avocado lemon Chia seed pudding

πŸŽ€ M3: Smoothie

πŸŽ€ M5: zoodle πŸ… sauce pasta

Fitness:

πŸŽ€ Studio Tone It Up: today was a HIIT work out that lasted 16 minutes.

Water intake: 🚩5 glasses. 🚩

Mental health:

πŸŽ€ I’m not doing too good. I need to take care of me first and foremost, and that means doing hard things – as well as keeping afloat.

πŸŽ€ Mantra: No more negative people in my life. No more past abusers in my life. More authenticity and self love.
