🎀Today was a great TIU day. I woke up at 6:30, had meta-D and coffee with collagen scoops, and was ready for the 7 AM #studiotoneitup workout.
🎀I figured out what TTBS stands for (partially, because @katrinascott mentioned a part of it) – totally toned – as for the BS, not too sure what it stands for. Bikini series? Bikini sculpt? No idea!
🎀That lasted 16 minutes, after which I did the daily moves, with some modifications since I had skipped two days (one of abs, and one of booty 🍑).
🎀So for example, instead of doing the push ups – I did crunches or bicycle crunches. I added backward leg extensions with weights to work that 🍑 out.
🎀 Also, I was SURE that after two rest days I would feel STRONGER. But I really did not. I felt like a linguini attempting to reverse the Al dente process. (A.k.a. Very weak!)
But at least my #tiucheckin is in for the day!
🎀M1: tone it up Berry pancakes (with TIU cafe latte powder)
🎀M2: easy smoothie (recipe was on instagram stories today!)
🎀M3: scrambled eggs with onion and chorizo
🎀M4: trail mix
🎀M5: 🚩Duck, salad and mashed potatoes 😅.
👉 At my grandmother’s again…I’m telling you, impossible to have healthy foods at a polish grandmother’s house! 😂
🎀Overall, I had about 6 glasses of water. So before bed tonight I will try to have my last two cups.
👉 I’m so bad at this!
🎀Ameliorating. Trying to believe in myself, see the good, and keep on keeping on. Every day is a new start! (See yesterday’s instagram post @tiu_missbowfitness for a more detailed follow up)
