🎀As I wrote on instagram earlier, my day wasn’t the greatest. It was filled with anxiety, over what would objectively seem like no biggie, but somehow I was affected.
🎀I did not work out, for a second day and I feel terrible about it. To the point where I can FEEL all the work that I did on myself, go away. (Obviously, none of that is actually happening, all the work is still there, but LOOK at how easy it is to get NEGATIVE).
🎀Ever since I started writing, I have been able to take the time to think about my thoughts, and actively try to analyse and replace them with something less intense or less harsh.
🎀 I did however try to keep on track with my nutrition. Here it goes.
Meta D + 2 coffees with collagen creamer from @360nutrition
🎀M1: 2 scrambled eggs, spinach and ham
🎀M2: Broccoli and hummus
🎀M3: piña collada smoothie from #tiunutritionplan (with coconut protein powder, so good!)
🎀 M5: steak and veggies
🚩One oatmeal chocolate chip cookie for desert.
🎀That’s all for today. Hopefully tomorrow I can pick myself up. I will let you know how it goes.l!
