Day 10-11: TIU love your body series

๐ŸŽ€Good evening!๐ŸŽ€

๐ŸŽ€As promised, I logged my day 10 with my day 11. Here it goes:

Day 10:


๐ŸŽ€M1: whole wheat avocado toast, and two whole eggs hard boiled

๐ŸŽ€M2: natural greek yoghurt, cocoa nibs and blueberries. (Obsessing over this lately)

๐ŸŽ€M3: left over of mixed vegetable stir fry + 4oz chicken

๐ŸŽ€M4: carrots and hummus

๐ŸŽ€M5: beat and cauliflower soup

๐Ÿ‘‰pretty good, although as a Pole, I do feel like my grandmother’s beat soup is better…


I crushed the daily moves and..

An arm work out was SO needed. How did they know!?

Water intake: 5 glasses of water (still not hitting the mark with this one)

Day 11:

Meta-D and coffee with collagen creamer by @360nutrition.

๐ŸŽ€M1: 2 whole eggs scrambled with spinach and onions (11 AM)

๐ŸŽ€M2: ๐Ÿšฉskipped

๐ŸŽ€M3: ๐Ÿšฉchicken wrap with Ceasar salad (restaurant)

๐Ÿ‘‰ Lunch with a girlfriend. It was great to catch up with an old friend. โค๏ธ

๐ŸŽ€M4: carrots and hummus

๐ŸŽ€M5: chilli con carne, and leak soup @my grandmother’s house

๐Ÿ‘‰Comment: once again not sticking directly to the plan but I’m trying to follow the guidelines. It’s harder than it looks!


๐ŸŽ€Today was an active rest day. If you follow me, you’ll realise I worked out 10 days in a row, non stop. Stretching was on the menu.

๐ŸŽ€I decided that it was time to take a rest. Truthfully, my body decided that it needed a rest and I went along with it.

๐ŸŽ€My problem is that I love the work outs so much, and today was a booty day!!! I’m disappointed that I didn’t do it.๐Ÿ˜ข

๐ŸŽ€ Part of learning to love yourself and your journey is accepting that you can’t always be on top of the game.

๐Ÿ‘‰That’s a hard one for me. I always want to push myself more. I’ll do it tomorrow?

I’ve reached a point in my life where I need to learn how to relax.

๐ŸŽ€Who else has trouble with that?๐ŸŽ€
