Day 9 – TIU love your body series

🎀Hey girls!🎀

🎀I went to the library for you girls to do some research abouuuuuut…you will find out tomorrow if you haven’t seen my Instagram post OR you’ll go check it out 😉


🎀For today a quickie but goodie recap:

NUTRITION:

🎀Meta-D (without any juice due to added sugars) and one coffee with collagen creamer by @360nutrition.

  • 🎀M1: Simple *Coffee* Smoothie:
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1 banana
    • 1 scoop of cafe latte TIU protein
    • 1 tsp spirulina powder
    • 2 shots espresso
    • blend it all together and enjoy! (the spirulina made it a bit weird, but oddly tasty?
  • 🎀M2: Greek yoghurt with dark chocolate nibs + honey + blueberries
  • Yoghurt with blueberries and chocolate
  • Yoghurt blueberry swirl

  • 🎀M3: Tossed vegetables +chicken
  • 🎀M4: Tea with lemon
  • 🎀M5:🚩🚩😍 Potatoe Latkes with sour cream + black current jam + european cheese.🚩🚩🚩
    • 😵OK! So being POLISH does NOT help with eating healthy, especially since I am trying to see my grandmothers more often. BUT ITS IMPOSSIBLE not to eat pierogies, or anything with carbs with a polish family. I tried to take it easy…
    • 🤔how do you girls deal with that!? Any body else’s culture prevents healthy eating!?

WATER INTAKE: 4 glasses of water + 1 tea = not enough.

FITNESS:

🎀Today the work out was:

🎀It was a work out with a buddy – but I had no idea! 😢

I wish I would have read somewhere that a buddy was needed. I was able to do most of the moves, but not all! Kind of a bummer.

I will definitely try it out with a friend (or bf 😉) one day!

🎀The daily work out was great today. Really a bunch of total body moves. I felt strong while doing them!

It shows that it’s week 2.

🎀Also, I was thinking about it, and the fact that the work outs are reasonable in TIME makes it easier to recover.

🎀PLUS, all the good foods the nutrition plan gets us to eat, makes it that my body is barely ever hurting. We’ll see. Maybe that one will catch up to me.
