Day 7 – TIU love your body series

πŸŽ€Hey girls, πŸŽ€

Here’s a short recap of my day: I woke up late, at 10:30 AM.

I’m not sure what was going on this weekend, I felt SO tired, consistently down.

I didn’t work out until 2pm, and then I went to my parents house for my brothers 23rd birthday.

Needless to say, it was difficult to keep on the plan today. I’m going to need to look at ways to stay on top of my nutrition plan even when I’m OUT of my regular habitat (a.k.a home) or better mental state.

Fitness:

πŸŽ€Studio tone it up app: I did the beach abs flow work out. It was really nice for a sunday after 6 days of work outs.

πŸ‘‰ I would not recommend it if you are looking for a harder or rougher work out.

It consisted of a tiny bit of abs within a yoga flow routine. It had a lot of stretching as well, which was really nice for the end of the week.

πŸŽ€I can’t wait to see what @karenadawn has waiting for us as meditation tomorrow!πŸŽ€

πŸŽ€ No daily moves because I told myself I would do them tonight, which did not happen. NOTE TO SELF: *never put to later what can be done now*

Nutrition:

Meta-D (with pineapple juice) and two coffee with one scoop each of collagen creamer by @360nutrition

πŸŽ€ M1: 4 Mediterranean mini egg muffins, 1/4 avocado, half a banana (again)

πŸŽ€ M2: Dark chocolate (70%) with almonds

πŸŽ€ M3:Β  Duck, red cabbage, 🚩🚩🚩mashed potatoes (brother’s birthday supper)🚩🚩🚩

πŸŽ€ M4: 🚩🚩🚩chocolate cake🚩🚩🚩

πŸŽ€ M5: 🚩🚩🚩none🚩🚩🚩

This happens! It seems like two of my days this week we’re so so.

My mood was also off all weekend so it makes it harder to stick to the plan.

I will continue to push through the plan for next week. πŸ’ͺ
