🎀Good late evening girls!🎀
🎀Today was a HARD emotional day for me, so it put my posting schedule off track.
If you’ve read the #mentalhealth post that I just published, you’ll be aware of the journey I am on to keep my fitness, nutrition and positivity going even through hard situations.
The key is to know when you need to take time off for self-care and self-reflection.
I’ll keep my #tiuloveyourbodyseries day 4 review short and sweet tonight for that reason, to come back strong tomorrow!
🎀Arms today! It felt really good to focus on the arms after a week of full body, booty and abs. I personally LOVE arm work outs.
🎀 No daily moves because they looked like they were just a recap of the moves in the #studiotoneitupapp
🎀I used 8 pound weights for most of the moves. When it got harder I dropped those weights to 5 pound weights.
🎀M1: 4 Mediterranean egg muffins, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 a banana
🎀 M2: 1 1/2 vanilla matcha muffin
🎀 M3: left over tray bake, with left over cauliflower chimichurri “steak”
🎀 M4: home made black bean dip from the #toneituprecipes guide, with carrots and celery
🎀 M5: 🚩🚩🚩 I went out with my boyfriend, and ordered cheese rice balls, a Hawaiian pizza and donuts topped with Nutella 🚩🚩🚩
👉 * not part of the plan!* I was probably emotionally eating. Does that happen to you? I’d love to hear how you deal with it!
👉How will I deal with it? CONTINUE the plan as usual tomorrow. It’s NOT the end of the world. Remind myself of my goals to have more self control *
