Unlike yesterday, I wasn’t able to go to bed at 1 am and wake up early to do a work out at 6am. I was exhausted!
It also turned out to be a SNOW DAY for my five year old daughter here in Montreal, Canada. So slime time it was after my work outs! (We used #Nickelodeon slime, bought at #Toys r’ Us)
I did get a work out in at 8 AM, and GOD was it a great work out! It was the TIU sunset magic + followed by the total body love from the #studiotoneitup app.
🎀 Sunsetmagic + starts off with a short 15 minute total body work out. You’ve got some glutes, arms, back and leg toning moves in there. It didn’t feel like there was enough to get a full work out in there, for me. Afterwards, there’s another AB work out that lasts about 10 minutes. Thoughts: awesome awesome awesome!!
🎀 The total body love work out, was a good addition to the first one. Whatever was lacking from the sunset magic +, was included in here.
👉N.B: I think there was some confusion between the girls (including me) as to what the program actually consists of today: one or both of the work outs? Either way, I know many of us did both, because we got this! 🍑💪
🎀 Overall, the work outs were 50 minutes, and I did not do the daily moves.

🎀 M3: Carrot salad from the #toneituprecipeguide to which I added a bit of protein:
👉1/4 cup hemp seeds
👉1 1/2 hard boiled egg
🎀 M4: spicy black bean dip with carrots and celery (again, from the #toneituprecipeguide)
🎀 M5: tray dinner with pre cut up veggies during Mondays meal prep!
